Emails are great, Facebook is always good to catch up with friends, Twitter is becoming an obsession, but we’ve decided that we’d like to bring good old-fashion snail mail back. We know for some of you it hasn’t gone away, but others in this fast-paced world it has become something of the past or simply that once-a-year mailbox drop-off at the holidays. No, the post office has not bribed us to ensure mailmen job security. We’ve just thought that with the release of our OVERWHELMINGLY ADORABLE stationery line now is as good a time than ever to whip our those fountain pens. We also L-O-V-E Photo Stamps, personalized stamps with your favorite photo, logo. etc.

Ok… So remember how I said I didn’t know of any more ways to get tickets to the Martha Show… wellllll it just so turns out I do! We’re breaking our own rules over here at LPHQ and we’re divulging the prize for the 25th Golden Ticket- A PAIR OF MARTHA TICKETS!!! ( **Insert screams of pure joy here**) There have been 20 Golden Tickets found out there in Lilly Land (a.k.a.- anywhere you can buy Lilly Pulitzer) and #25 could be yours! We’ve returned after an amazing few days in NYC shooting our new Fall product and it looks totally fabulous (obviously) ! A comfy, stylish collection that packs a few suprises, as always with Lilly clothes. There was a lot of sugar-rush induced dancing and feather fights on this shoot. What else would you expect from Lilly??

This Valentine’s Day show someone your sweet side with some Pink Velvet Strawberry Frosted Donuts! Ok, ok, so it’s a little quirky and not traditional but that’s precisely why we love them and of course because they’re so pretty. (Psst- these only have 3g of fat) Thanks guys, for making Donuts cool again

We’re doing a stationery line, (and wrapping paper, journals, coasters, cards, party favors, etc.)!!! And… it’s sooo awesome. It’s hitting stores soon- sorry we can’t give you more details than that for now but all you need to know is that it’s already all the buzzzz around here and everywhere else people are getting a sneak peak!

It was a sad day indeed when we found out yesterday that the March issue of Domino Magazine will be its last. We don’t get down very often here in the Pink Palace but today we’re boo hooing over the closing of this inspiring design mag. In a NY Times interview with the editor, she explained, “We tried to create a marriage between the beautiful image magazines and the useful service magazines”. “Editorially, we did what we set out to do, and in this economy, sadly, that’s not enough.”
Sad indeed. You’ll be missed.

No one could stop talking about how cute Sasha and Malia, President Obama’s two daughters looked on Tuesday at the Inauguration…They also couldn’t stop talking about how sad it was that you couldn’t buy those jackets for your little loved ones. Well.. this morning on The Today Show they featured OUR Autumn Coat Bows paired with a satin sash so your Lilly Lover can look perfectly presidential herself!

This is the CUTEST car I have ever seen!! Bright color, wicker seats, and an optional fringe top…where do we sign? It was the ultimate Mediterranean beach buggy in the late 1950′s. These babies can get up to 59 mph and a whopping 52 MPG!! 32 Jolly cars were used as taxis on the island of Catalina off the coast of Southern California in the years 1958-1962. And if you needed more of a reason to hunt one down, Aristotle Onasis had one ( yes as in Jackie O’s husband).

KaarsKoker = Candle Sleeve (it’s Dutch). A fabulous, unique way to jazz your light fixtures, spice up your chandeliers and change the whole ambiance of a room. We LOVE these! And I know I went a little crazy with the pics but they are works of art in themselves! These things have been seen in restaurants, storefronts and even mixed in with wedding decor.
