Lilly’s Customer Service Center is located inside the Pink Palace. We’re in the middle of it all: sitting right above our amazing designers, just a staircase away from the newly renovated (and ahh-mazing) print studio, and a short walk from our distribution center…where all our lovely Lillys are shipped out to you!
You see, we are not your typical Customer Service team. Every CSR (that’s Customer Service Rep in Lilly-lingo) comes from a variety of college majors and backgrounds. We studied Fashion Design, Merchandising, Communications, Journalism, Psychology, and Spanish at a variety of colleges and we’re from all over the country…and all of this snow has some of us pretty freaked out (but we’re not naming names – call us and we might!).
At Lilly, pressing 1 won’t bring you to a specific agent for a specific question; we are all trained exactly the same and can answer any question you throw our way! Deciding between the Sarasota Tunic and the Charlotte Tunic? We’ve tried them both on and know how they fit. Have a question about your payment or a credit for a return (why?!), we’ve got the answers for you. Are you a bride looking for amazing dresses for your bridesmaids? Give us a call, we LOVE to talk weddings. Andrew loves helping customers find the perfect dress to WOW their date, pack for their next getaway, or impress all of their guests.

For us, Customer Service is more than just answering phone calls and emails from our customers, it’s about building relationships. We get to know every department here at Lilly when we’re trying to locate that perfect dress for you in one of our stores, or find a missing button for you from our Technical Design team, or find out the status of your return in our Warehouse. Even though our small, but mighty team of 5 (no not 20 or 30, just 5 amazing people!) don’t get to interact with our fellow Lilly Lovers face-to-face, we still get to know them better every day.
