Fall in Love with Lilly Lace

Lace has always been synonymous with elegance, sophistication, and luxury. Our favorite style icons — Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, and Jackie O — turned to lace dresses, sportswear and accessories to make a special occasion just a little more special, or to turn an ordinary day into something extraordinary. We know every Lilly girl wants to do the same! Every lace made by Lilly Pulitzer is hand-drawn in our in-house design studio. (did you get that?!? EVERY lace we make is designed in-house!) Each has a central theme, specific pattern, and cheeky name. (of course!)  Once the lace design is finalized, our favorite lace manufacturers carefully re-create our designs into exclusive fabrications. This fall, we have developed four brand new laces just for you — we’re certain they’ll make your memorable moments even more magnificent. We’ll be bringing you this season’s special Lilly laces here on the blog over the next few weeks!

Shop the Delila and Marielle Dress this Fall to be the life of the party!

The Delila Dress – We’ve taken a classic colorblock style and elevated it to a whole new level of polished (and patent!) perfection with the Delila dress.  Combining two of the season’s hottest trends, lace and colorblocking, makes this dress visually intriguing and impeccably stylish, while the flutter-edge shoulder detail adds a flirty edge that won’t be forgotten after any cocktail party.

The Marielle Dress – Introducing our favorite Fall innovation:  patent lace.  When we saw the “leather lace” trend emerge, we scoured the market for a lace that would dress up any frock for every party girl.  Our new foil technique – in black, gold, and silver – adds a sheen of shimmer and shine, (that we’re aaaalll dying over!) making us stand out from the crowd.  With this brand new fabric, the classic strapless style of the Marielle dress gets an updated twist with lustrous patent-treated lace.
