♪ ♫ It’s the most wonderful time of the year. ♪ ♫ Oh yes, the holidays are over but the past two years that we’ve asked YOU which sorority prints should be added to our collection, have been SO MUCH FUN!!!  I’m not sure there’s much that can rival the spirit and pride a sorority girl has for her letters AND sisters.  Well we’ve managed to wedge ourselves right in the middle of all that energy and we can’t help but grin from ear to ear and get excited WITH you ladies!  With all the excitement has come some questions so we thought it might be helpful to pull together answers to some of the frequently asked questions we’re receiving.  Here they are!

1. When is the entry period?
January 9, 2012 10amET – January 15, 2012 11:59pm ET for round 1
January 16, 2012 10amET – January 22, 2012 11:59pm ET for round 2

2. If I contacted Lilly Pulitzer prior to the start of this contest, will my “vote” count?
No. All e-mails, phone calls, posts to Facebook or other communications about prints for your sorority will NOT be included in the vote count for this round of the contest.

3. Can I enter/vote for my sorority more than once?
Only 1 entry per e-mail address will be valid for round 1. In round 2, entrants will be able to vote for up to 3 sororities, one time on Facebook.

4. My sorority is just a local chapter- can we enter?
Unfortunately, no. Only nationally registered and recognized sororities under the National Panhellenic Conference, National Pan-hellenic Council, NALFO, NAPA or NMGC are qualified to participate in this contest.

5. My sorority isn’t listed- why not?
Only nationally registered and recognized sororities under the National Panhellenic Conference, National Pan-hellenic Council, NALFO, NAPA or NMGC are qualified to participate.  We’ve also left the 9 sororities that currently have Lilly prints off the list since they already have a custom print.

6. How many prints are going to be made?
3  (you know, unless we decide to surprise you again)

7. Will the current sorority prints be replaced with the new sorority prints?
There are no plans to discontinue the current sorority prints.

8. When will these prints be available for order?
Product availability is yet to be determined.

9. How will the winners be chosen?
“Finalists” from the first round will be based on the number of entries received for the sororities included in the list. *see above for eligible sororities. The top 9 sororities from these entries will enter a “Round 2” where the 3 final sorority prints will be determined by the number of “votes.” Lilly Pulitzer reserves the right to use their sole discretion when determining the final 3 sororities chosen to create prints for.

10. When will you announce the winners?
The top 9 finalist sororities who will be part of Round 2 votes will be announced, via Facebook, on Monday, January 16, 2012 by end of day.
The final 3 sororities chosen to receive prints will be announced, via Facebook, on Tuesday, January 24th, 2012 though this could change at any time!

11. I don’t have a Facebook page, can I participate?
No- this is a Facebook contest so you must have a Facebook profile to participate.

12. What products will be available in the next round of sorority prints?
Product assortment is yet to be determined. Once the products have been decided, we will announce & make product available for pre-order.

13. Will our sorority have a say in the print designs?
All prints are designed exclusively by our in-house print team but are reviewed and approved by each sorority’s national. Individuals and/or individual chapters will not have input in the design of the prints.
