We scoured the web for some recipes to use our Lilly-fied Ruby Red Grapefruit juice. Please test them out and report back! Sadly, we were not allowed to make them all and sample at the office today. It’s 5 o’clock, what are YOU waiting for!?
Grapefruit Mocktail!
Beach Blanket Bingo Mocktail
Ingredients:
3 oz Florida’s Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, 3 oz cranberry juice, soda water, lime wedge for garnish
Directions:
Pour the juices into a collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Grapefruit Cocktails!
Simple Summer Cocktail!

Ingredients:
5.5 oz 
Florida’s Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, 1.0 Tonic, 2.0 oz Vodka
Directions:
Mix together with crushed ice in a glass and garnish with mint leaves
Blue Bayou
Ingredients:
1 cup of ice, 1 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz blue curaçao, 1/2 cup fresh or canned pineapple, 2 oz Florida’s Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, chunk of pineapple for garnish
Directions:
Pour the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a chilled margarita glass. Garnish with the pineapple.
Flip Flop Punch
Ingredients:
2 oz chamomile infused Flor de Cana 4-year old rum, 4 sugar cubes, 3 oz club soda, 1 oz lemon juice, 1 1/2 oz Florida’s Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, grapefruit slices for garnish
Directions:
Dissolve 4 sugar cubes in 1 oz. of club soda (this generally involves muddling to help process). After sugar cubes are muddled/dissolved, add the rest of the ingredients one at a time and stir as added. Add ice once all of the ingredients have been added and stirred. Stir the punch until it is chilled. Strain punch into a glass or punch bowl, depending on the size of the portion, top with 2oz. club soda and garnish with grapefruit slices.
Sea Breeze
Ingredients:
3/4 oz vodka, 3 oz cranberry juice, 1 oz Florida’s Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, grapefruit slice for garnish.
Directions:
Pour the vodka and cranberry juice into a highball glass with ice cubes. Stir well. Top off with the grapefruit juice. Garnish with the grapefruit
Hemingway Daiquiri (Yes, as in Ernest Hemingway!)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz white rum, 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur, 1/2 oz Florida’s Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice, 3/4 oz lime juice, 3/4 oz simple syrup
Preparation:
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

I just found my own cute Lilly-fied grapefruit juice carton and did a little post on my blog about it this morning! I’m gonna try the Beach Blanket Bingo Mocktail recipe. Of course, this whole Lilly juice carton thing has inspired me to pretty-up the inside of my frig.
